I originally purchased this for a friend as a farmers market bag. Then I saw it, used it once, and now have two of my own.

Market bag - works great to hold all sorts of things in the three different sections, heavy fruits/vegetables, one for longer things like baguettes/flowers, and the center for larger, more squared items.

I have also used this to pack up items to take on vacation - all my spices, utensils I prefer, and unusual ingredients.

Finally, it’s perfect for bringing multiple types of things to/from work. One section for lunch and liquid container of choice, one for work related ‘stuff’, and one for all the random essentials that I never have in my usual work bag like kleenex, cleaning wipes, mug/cup, and anything else you want to have but don’t want to carry every day.

I am 5’9” and the handle straps are about 1” too short to easily throw it over my shoulder with just one arm, but it’s easy to do with two hands. Normally I just carry it and it doesn’t even come close to dragging, even when I am walking up steps.

Easily fits between the front seats of my car (vw jetta), material is durable, seams are double stitched, and when caught within ~ 5 min, and spills can be wiped up with stains.

I had to convince myself to order this as I have way too many other totes from other manufacturers and it was hard to believe I needed another one. But this one really is different. The 3 separate compartments and the varied height of the sides make this an ideal grocery tote. This size works very well for a smaller grocery run (gallon of milk, couple boxes of cereal, couple of cuts of meat, bread, veggies, a few condiments, a few canned goods,…..). I’m 5’2” and the length and weight of this tote under a pretty full load is very manageable for me. We no longer bring multiple bags into the grocery store and it’s nice being able to transfer everything from the cart to the car and then the car to the house in one move.

In fact, we liked it so much that I got a Monster Tote as well. The Monster tote handles those bigger grocery runs but when fully loaded, it can be a bit heavy for me.

Padded handle is very comfortable, bag is very well crafted, 2 exterior compartments allow smaller zippered organizers to be attached (handy when you have to pay for something like printer cartridges when they get them out of the case for you but you still have to shop for all the food without losing your small expensive purchase), and the interior is easy to wipe clean if something leaks in the bag.

I only wish there were more interesting colors (and perhaps fabrics). The current palette is somewhat limited and a little dull.
