"I discovered Tom Bihn approximately 2 years ago, when I was in the market for a sturdy and simple laptop case. My first purchase was a Brain Cell for my MacBook Pro and I am happy to say that I haven't looked back since; I have bought and received three more bags (all different) and accessories -- they complete me in ways I didn't know were possible.

I have been wanting to write this e-mail for a while, but I needed to be in the right mindset, in order to avoid being too gushy....you guys are the epitome of what a sustainable, USA-based company should be. Your business model and corporate ethics is synchronous with the fundamentally functional and aesthetically awesome products that you produce.

I consider it an honor and privilege to be able to purchase and acquire these tools, and I never doubt their performance and functionality. You have been able to produce a reliable support system for me, something that lets me be me, and I simply cannot thank you enough for that.

Whenever I need to find inspiration in a company that is fighting the good fight and producing their very best, I know that I simply need to peruse the Tom Bihn website.

I wholeheartedly extend my thanks and gratitude for producing such incredible equipment and for running a company the right way; not many people do, and those that do should be praised and rooted on."
